  1. File a complaint with the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
  2. Looks good, George. do you always put two snaps on that type of holster?
  3. What about putting care instructions on your website and include a printed copy with your products, along with a disclaimer if need be? You always have the option to fix any issues that arise anyway.
  4. Anyone notice the reoccurring theme here? We've got these specialized attachments that no one can use successfully?
  5. I believe the idea is to stitch after molding, and the plate allows you to get closer to the mold line. At least that is my theory, but I can't prove it because every time I try to use it I run into all kinds of problems, namely getting the lower knots to stay burried.
  6. Not an expert but: One thing I did when I first got my machine was to use a stitch wheel at corners to give me a visual as I approached a corner which made it easier to gauge my stitches, and whether to crunch or stretch the last few. As you use your stitcher more, you will get better at guessing.
  7. If you watch both company's youtube videos that show threading, they are slightly different. More of a curiosity than an overthink. For instance, Steve goes through the first thread guide twice, and Bob doesn't.
  8. I am curious to learn why the Cowboy and the Cobra (and possibly other 441 types) are threaded differently?
  9. Do any of you use the holster plate on your stitcher?
  10. Is it perfectly acceptable to lock your stitches by turning around vs. using the reverse lever? My reverse stitches look a little bit longer than the forward stitches.
  11. The revolver with the bullet loops onboard.....is that a cross draw?
  12. keep in mind there are more than one "Fiebing's", and they are different.
  13. Dwight , What weight leather are you using and is the base snap through the whole holster or just one layer?
  14. Aren't the base part of the snaps too short to attach the loop to the holster?
  15. This is a recent holster I made. I really like this Fiebing's saddle tan color.
  16. I guess my concern or want was more related to seeing rather than dye transfer. Nothing, not even use, seems to remove the dye! I 'spose it isn't really that big of an issue, all in all.
  17. I've tried everything kind of cleaner and solvent that I figure won' t melt the poly bag to clean off dye that has transferred...no luck. Does anyone have a silver bullet for this? Also, if there is a way to prevent further transfer, I'm all ears, Thanks.
  18. AWESOME! My order just shipped! That's a lot of stress off my shoulders.
  19. I see ASP Red guns available from Optics Planet. Anyone have any experience molding with these?
