  1. Horween Vintage horse with goat interior, lin cable thread. Also features a French binding on the edge of the front panel.
  2. The panel doesn't appear to be stitched to the top. Not sure how they stay together, maybe a magnet in the pieces.
  3. I did notice that they stopped the flat rate shipping but other than that no complaints from me. I ordered from them twice in April and about a week ago. And several other times over the last 3 years. Call them.
  4. 4 not including the pockets... The liners from each side = 2 base for pockets = 2 pockets = 4
  5. Sorry not a better photo but this should show you how it's put together.
  6. A quick google shows there are quite a few of them in the US. http://americanwaterbuffaloassociation.com
  7. Oops... Just noticed I put a 1/2" in there. There is no 1/2 inch, it's a 1 1/4" instead.
  8. Bump. The set and the single stamp in the 4th post are still available.
  9. 4 lightly used Weaver English Point punches together as a set $200 + $5 for shipping US only. 1 1/2" 1" 1/2" 3/4" Retail is $245.
  10. Couple bifolds and a 4 pocket card wallet. Ingredients include: Horween Essex, Lizard, Shrut & Asch kidskin, Lin Cable thread and Fenice edge paint. My phone has a few cracks in it and the photos are a little fuzzy.
  11. The Blanchard pricking irons will help a lot with the angle of your stitch. If it's the 9 tpi iron try using thinner thread. I use size 632 Lin Cable for that iron.
  12. I believe that piece serves as a foundation to the rest of the pockets and it also creates a hidden pocket underneath all the pockets.
  13. I use edge paint for almost everything now - I would recommend not beveling the edges if you use paint.
  14. Did you use Valerie Michaels book The Leatherworking Handbook for this? Looks similar and I made one from her book. Any plans for the edges? I noticed you used double brass loops instead of D-rings to attach the handle... Any particular reason? Aren't loops usually used for straps to adjust the length?
  15. I've used Fiebings Tan Kote then Clear Lac by LCI.
  16. Nice work. It almost looks like suede. I think I would tweak the handle. Any shots of the interior?
