I am happy to say that I am on the road to recovery, went to my last therapy session today and go see the doc this Thursday and I am sure he will cut me loose. In won't be back in the gym any time soon but I can start working again! I did this checkbook cover yesterday......

Black T-Nuts
JRLeather2 replied to BluegrassHolsters's topic in Gun Holsters, Rifle Slings and Knife Sheathes
If you tumble those T-nuts you will also rough up the threads which I don't think you want to do. Even with media or sandblasting you would have to be careful not to damage the threads. Just something to think about.......maybe look into powdercoating?????? -
When I am healthy, I weight lift. Also when I am healthy I work on and drag race my old Firebird......

Stitch holes
JRLeather2 replied to rccolt45's topic in Gun Holsters, Rifle Slings and Knife Sheathes
I made my own punching board, just for hand stitching allows me to punch deep holes without much effort and it is also pretty stable when laying flat on my bench. It is made out of that blue foam insulation and duct tape! -
really nice!

Mostly Metal, sometimes old country and even 50's music, I like to paint to heavy metal though, I think it adds some darkness to my painting.............

Not sure if this is the right olace for this or not, I plan on doing some arts and craft shows later this year and built this prototype to display barrettes. All the belts used are from Goodwill, I used the buckles on other belts I made myself...........I will make a more finished model when I have the use of my other arm.

depending on the FPS of the gun, (Feet Per Second), yeah they sting about like a Bee sting. If you get hit someplace like the face, or the ear it smarts pretty good, hence the face mask. they have distance and FPS rules for inside and outside combat........and they are supposed to have an orange tip on them also........

airsoft is a lot like paintball ,except it uses 6MM plastic BB's and the guns are sometimes exact clones of the real thing. Law enforcement even uses them for training. Such as this one.....

I recently got into airsoft combat. Now take into account I made this this afternoon as a prototype. With my arm in a sling, so pretty much one handed........

I won't be finishing the vest anytime soon, I just had rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder, I will be sidelined for a few months..........

Its not done yet , have to decide what to do with the edges and wether I should line it or not. All saddle stitched!

These are made from my scraps and some leftovers from belts I buy at Goodwill, my wife sells them like crazy......we get the metal backs for the barrettes at Hobby Lobby.

Stopped in today and checked your place out, met Howard the saddle maker. We will be back!

My 2 cents, I had a dispute awhile back with some misrepresented earrings, I won the Paypal dispute, we both agreed to leave decent feedback, I did so, she slammed me. So I resorted to Squaretrade. They also found in my favor and did absolutly nothing about it! I paid them 40 bucks to tell me I was right! Whatever you end up doing, avoid Squaretrade at all costs! They are just a scam!

I hope this is the right forum for this. I have a question about a tool listed on page 11 of The Lucky Eight Belt book What is a T943? I am attaching a scan of a portion of that page........
