Yea, where at in NC I am from Oakboro east of Charlotte

I have two Baron US Mail stamps and I was wondering what they are worth. I have been told that this stamp started the fall of Baron stamps because the post office sued for them making it so it is the most valuable. I just wanted to know if anyone had any confirmed information on this. I will post picture on next post.

The standard is 1/2 less than the retail price and this is to allow your dealer to make money. I would do a little less that 1/2 the retail for disturbers (people who also sell to dealers) because you have to leave room for them to make money when they sell to dealers but when they buy it is in very large orders so in the long run you make good money. Make sure you set your retail price a little higher to allow for some room to work with and still make money. Good luck!

I have a customer who wants a rifle sling made but does not want to drill holes into his gun in order to install the swivels. Does anyone have a pattern, picture, or idea to accomplish this? Any information would be helpful. You can email the information to my email listed below.

While I was looking though my new issue if the Leather Crafters & Saddlers magazine I found a new hand stitcher on page 63 bottom left. It is manufactured by Luberto Manufacturing inc in Troy, TX. It says it has a 6" throat, has a full rotary hand crank, sews 3/4" thick leather, and a 1" lift. I do mostly knife cases and gun holsters. Any reviews????? Would this machine work to do what I want it to do? What would the difference be between this one and the Tippman Boss besides the cost? You can also pass on any good information to my email. I have a cobra 3 but need a hand operated machine for shows.

These are some saddle bags that a customer asked me to repair. I usually don't do repairs but this customer was different because he had a sentimental connection to the bags. The bags were damaged due to a motor vehicle accident which caused him to loose his leg and resulted in him being forced to retire from being a fireman. He was excited about finding someone to even attempt to fix the bags and even after me trying to talk him out of repairing the olds he was persistent on keeping the bags. After a few months I finally began working on them one evening and decided to call him. When I called someone else answered the phone and told me that he had passed away that morning. I almost dropped the phone. I then knew I had to get these bags done exactly like he wanted them so here they are. R.I.P L.B. The first ones are the before pictures and the other are the after.
