  3. I always check shipping price before ordering anything, if it is to high I just don't order it. Alot of companies use UPS and they usally are around $10.00 to mail a toothpick. I try to make alittle on shipping becuase if the customer is not happy with the item I refund them money to ship it back and cover the shipping back to them. When they are happy it works out good and it evens out when I come across people who are hard to please. You also have to consider paypal/CC costs...

  16. Looks great. Have you ever thought about making an original style sheath for that knife like the one it came with? I came across a large lot of these military grade Camillus knives tucked away in a military warehouse since 1984 so I bought about 10 cases of them... Camillus went out of business in 2007 so collectors like them even the civilian style like yours. Take a look at one of the original style sheaths on my knife site Camillus Knife. You did a great job on the clean up on that knife, it looks new. I have a scanned copy of the orginal sales flyer of your knife if you would like a copy I can email it to you.
  17. Did you use sole leather for the bottom? I made my wife a pair and used sole leather on the bottom and they are way to hard...
  18. I use a plastic zip lock bags and then put it into a poly bag mailer, I got mine on ebay at a good price but look around you may find them cheaper. The poly bags are white and look more professional and they are extreamly tough but light. I mail all my leather except for a few items first class mail, if you get it out fast it gets there about as fast as priority plus it's cheaper. If your item is over 13 oz use the usps flat rate envelope. If you ship international use the express flate rate envelope becasue it comes with $100 insurance and tracking. I really would like to figure out UPS's site so I can use them some especially for international shipping.
