Yeah I'm a little tired of being manipulated myself. But it is the world we live in today. I just find myself more guarded.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I did this for a friend of my mothers if it would have been anyone else I would have insisted on more, but I doubt I could have got $80,00 for it though most people I deal with think they should get it for what a wallet cost in the store that has been mass produced. I try to explain that these are a one of a kind, hand made, and of a higher quality leather, but I must not be to convincing. What I need to do is find out how to get started on the web maybe there I can find someone willing to give a fair price. -
This is my new commission that I got a whapping $25.00 for. You got to love this craft because there sure isn't money to be made. I got about 6 hours, and around $12.00 in the raw material.

Very nice indeed. You Sr. are an inspiration! Are the wrinkles in the face all modeling tools?

Thanks. Maybe the difference other than the antiquing is the leather was still damp in the first pic which caused it to look much darker than it was. And the lighting could be a factor as well the second pic was taken from my phone not my camera.

Thanks. It was left natural, sealed, and then I antiqued it.
