Not only is the cutting edge fast, but even the sanding time will also be significantly reduced, so to speak, the closer the cutting edge is cut to the desired roundness, the more it reduces the sanding time and does not require coarse sandpaper to sand the round shape. Introduction of the product 1. The overall base is made of aluminum alloy with an anodized surface 2. The steel of the cutter head is made of DC53, with hardness treatment to 59-60°. 3. Each head is equipped with 12 sides of the blade, you can replace the blade by angle, which means you can use 12 sides of the new blade, simple and convenient, no need to sharpen the blade often. 4. The net weight of the whole machine is 2.4KG, length 28.5x width 13.8x height 7.8cm About the choice of belt width and thickness 1. The width of the trimmer is adjustable, the narrowest 13mm, the widest 80mm, both shoulder belt and waist belt can be used. 2. 3 # knife head specifications for 3-4.5 mm thickness of the belt strip, which is the most conventional range of belt thickness. (default send 3 # knife head) 4# blade specifications for 4.5-6 mm and above thickness of the belt strip 2 # knife head specifications for 2-3 mm and above the thickness of the belt strip. The grinding of the edge: When we use it for a long time, all the edges are not sharp, of course, all 12 edges are blunt is also takes a long time.

I use a flashlight and leatherman a lot on my job and didn't want to wear 3 different holsters, so I came up with this instead. Took a lot of time to figure out and build. Being my first one, I messed up on the stitching but thankfully it's mine not a customer.

A family member wanted me to make him a leatherman case out of his (Blesbock )hide he killed in Africa. It was very challenging being it was very soft from the way it was tanned. The hide is very, very soft. I couldn't get the edges to slick like I like for them to, (maybe somebody has any experience working with soft leather has any advice) even after sanding and burnishing, the softness combined with the glue just wouldn't become slick. He was very happy with it. (Maybe us leather workers are just to picky) Lol. It was also very hard to keep the hair out of the stitches up the sides, but I finally managed to get it done. The stain was actually a little darker, I couldn't get my phone to capture the true color for some reason that day. Overall I was happy with how it turned out, being my first one.

Hi, my brother works for a wilderness NGO and needed a new sheath for hie leatherman. the color and the wolf was choosen, since it is part of their logo. The wolf is more bad than good, but my first carving experience. this is my 5th project. Enjoy! I first cut off too much of the upper part, therefor I had to add an extra layer :-)

This is a custom case for a leatherman tool that I did recently. It's 5 oz. Hermann Oak that I wet molded on a wooden last that I made. It' has a hand tooled floral/engraving style design and initial. I used Fiebing's Medium Brown dye and Angelus Matte Finish. I also used a hidden magnetic closure to show off the tooling. It's lined with calfskin and hand stitched.

Just finished this custom Leatherman Surge belt sheath. Molded leather, with a side pen holder. Also, I built in a small "pocket" behind the main compartment to store the extra removable saw blase and file. This is for my son, who needs it at work and the factory LM sheath just didnt cut the mustard for him. I think he liked it....he called it "legit"!

First serious wetforming I did. Kind of rough, but as I only had a stanley knife, a ruler, two needles and an awl to my disposal, it turned out allright I guess.- 2 comments
