Howdy folks!

Just finished my second holster for a client. I still have to make the gun belt and fully tool it.... but I don't want to think about that right now. :)

Tooling pattern is my own and the shape of the holster was copied off the original holster. There's still plenty of room for improvement but you know... I'll get there eventually.

Let me know what you think!

Comments/critique always welcome.

Cool gun belt coming soon....

All done except for the Resolene. I promise I'll get a pic up when it's finished. Frankly, it's not as good as the last one I did for the Ruger, but this one I'll keep, really miss the one I shipped out!

Very awesome, I've slacked on my tooling lately, picked up my swivel knife the other night and remembered how much I enjoyed it...lol.

That is very classic looking work Roland. Al Stohlman would be proud of you!

Cant wait to see the belt..... no pressure though! You  are setting your own bar pretty high off the get go.

Very nice work! As usual.

Not knowing anything about guns... What is the string made from? and how does it work?

Whoa... That would be so cool. I sure wish Al Stohlman was still around.

I'll be sure to post the belt with the holster when it's done. I'm pretty busy this week but I MIGHT have it done by next week. Thankfully, I'm homeschooled and my summer classes only require about 2 hours of my day so I'm blessed to be able to do what I'm doing. As far as setting the bar... How is a guy going to get anywhere if he doesn't set the bar higher every time he reaches it?

Thank you for the compliment!

Thanks, JD! If it's ok to ask... how old are you?

Thank you very much! I thought about tooling the keeper as well but decided against it because I thought it might look too messy with the stitching.

Hi, Ger!

Thank you!

That is the leg tie. It keeps the holster from bouncing around when moving.

It is braided leather but unfortunately, I discovered that it is synthetic and wears fast. So I'll probably replace it with the real deal. We'll see.

Thank you very much! I don't think I will do this full-time but it will definitely be a side-job.

Mighty fine job there Ryan.  I don't have a single bad thing to say about it.  That dog will hunt.  Cheers!
