Very nice design, very nicely executed!

And you definitely don't shy away from backgrounding! Background looks very even! What kind of backgrounder did you use?

:whistle:Lets just say my grandsons are not quite as old as you!  Just wondering, what was the finishing process you used?

I sanded the edges down to make sure everything was flush and the curves were smooth. Then I applied the dye to the edges and let them dry. I applied Gum Tragacanth and hand burnished the edges with a burnisher I made from a piece of deer antler. After it was smooth and dry I applied Supershene to seal it and give it a shine. :)

Mighty fine job there Ryan.  I don't have a single bad thing to say about it.  That dog will hunt.  Cheers!

Thank you very much!

Yeah, sometimes I take my backgrounding a little too seriously and spend extra time trying to get it as perfect as I can even though it really doesn't make that big of a difference. But thanks for noticing! You made it worth it. ;)

I used the Craftool A 104 for all the backgrounding.
