This is a chest rig I made for a friend of mine that does a lot of hiking. I made him a pancake holster for it using JLS 's method, but it doesn't work with a backpack. I took the same pattern I developed and changed it to have tabs for the connection points.  He loves it and uses it often.

Looks great I am getting ready to make myself one for a 1911 10mm.

Great work - I can see that rig working well with a medium/large framed revolver
