Last week a Crafter asked about a Coozy pattern for her husband and I posted a copy of a can coozy I called the Cowboy Cooler. Well, once I saw how many downloads ther were of the pattern, I decided to add to it and post it here. This is for everyone to download and use as you please. It's my my gift. The pattern sheets are on a 11 x 17 Tabloid and can be printed at any print shop. Just remind them to set the page scaling to NONE in the print set up. I'm looking to make myself a stool for work when I have to work on wall plugs and I was wondering if anyone had a pattern to share or tell me the best dimensions for a stool. I know that the pockets for the legs needs to be bigger than the seat piece but by how much? Thanks all, Damon

Attached is a picture of a leather ball I have been working on. I looked for a long time to find a pattern and finally decided to cut apart a ball, tweak it a little, clean it up and go from there. Aaron ball .pdf

I would like a template for a vertical wallet which will hold bills without folding, and has 3-4 card slots on each side. I don't know if something like this exists, but I assume it is like a biker wallet without any buttons or snaps, or a checkbook that holds cards and cash instead of checks. If anyone has anything like that I would be forever in your debt!

I am looking for Jim Simmons 1863 cavalry holster pattern #6000-62. Can't find it anywhere, the outfit that took over Hidecrafter doe not list it. Tried contacting Jim Simmons via PM with no luck, he has not been on the forum since March 31 2012 (I hope he is doing ok). I am interested in seeing what it looks like (iare the flap and belt loop separate parts from the holster body) and purchasing it. RoughRider

The question is mostly in the title but I'd add that I had needed some leather stuff for myself and started making the patterns for them. Afterwards I thought they may be useful to others as well so I decided to make them available in digital format and sell them. I'm mostly done with my needs but having caught a taste for this business I'm now searching for ideas of what to design next.

Well I went to the local Tandy store south of Hartford CT last week after work and picked up some basic tools and one of the on sale double butt vegetable tanned 7-9 ounce . I ordered a few things to help me draw out patterns. After a week of watching videos and reading threads here I decided to make a holster for my M1X Olight daily carry flashlight. So far I have the shape down and I still have to make the stitch pattern and trace back pattern and cut into the other pattern parts. It was not as hard as I thought it was going to be so far I have about an hour and 20 minutes in this part of the process. Let me know if you see any glowing errors so far.

Hi I was trying to find out more on how copy right works with patterns, templates, photos & so on? If you see a pattern, template or photo, you wish to make that you can sell later how much do you need to change to make it your own for selling? If you find free patterns or templates can one make & sale those or how does that work? Is it true that if you buy something like coloring books or books with art work or pattern, template or drawling can one use those for items they make? Also if you buy something like a purse or that & you make a pattern off it can you use that pattern to sale, Any help would be great. Just asking for once get better at le…
