    Bryans. Not all of us got here by asking Questions we got here by Trial & Error.and then Sharing why dont you try the Painters tape and then you can tell us how it worked. Somme times one need first hand information,Do you live close to a Tandy store ? They have knowledgeable people working there and i do beleive you would get the help that you need.....I M H O...........

    Best i remember Granite is a little more harder than Quartz. but whitch ever you get mount it on a kinda thick surface.....Those picnic tables will have some bounce to them and your stone will break.

    Look at the pulley on the motor, if it is 3" or larger replace it with a 2" pulley. I had to do that on mine. Also there are 2 rods with an adjustment clamp on mine i had to lengethen mine for more travel for the foot pedel.

    As i read you aren't going to tell us unless we ask...I'm asking, How do you cut your fringe. I looks very nice and even.

    The oiled leather is not going to take the impression like Veg tan leather will. Also if you try to put letters in the old oiled leather there is a Great chance that you could cut thru the leather. The only way i would do it is to stamp the horse name on new leather then sew the piece of leather onto the bridle.

    An Electric Razor will work...Ok after you get the Hair off what will you the leather for? You do know you will not be able to get the Hair Focills out. Why not just make items with Hair on Cowhide.
