Very nice work. The one thing I would suggest is to do some skiving so your edges are not as thick. Very nice work though.

Make a pistol case and line it with the pelts -
It really depends on what you want. Springfield leather sells the synthetic sheep skin in half yard and that is enough for a rifle case. You can get it in 3/4 inch and inch and a half. Like I said earlier I am very happy with it.

I have made many rifle cases using synthetic sheep skin from tandy and Springfield leather and they are very nice and they are holding up like the day I sent them to my customers and no complaints.

alzilla there is no one machine that does it all. A cobra 4 is Great for saddle makers and holster makers but if you are sewing wallet interiors it is to much. So what is it that you are doing.

If the safety clutch is disengaged it won't sew and leave loops on the bottom.

When you go to put the head on the pedestal stand have your mounting hardware ready. Don't try to do it without help.
