That might be a super idea I have in mind to eventually get another one from Paul, a thicker blade will do the trick for sure

I have both (and if I take my behaviour in to account) I always grab the SK-3 knife first. It is a wonderful tool and I can cut a BIG pattern and maybe just strop it once or twice. Paul made me a small angled blade and with this I can cut any pattern just the way I want. I do use my Henley for decorative cuts due to the blade is broader. There is absolutly nothing wrong with the Henley, it is just that the SK-3 is so much better. My 2 cents//Tina

Ohhh, I forgot where to get it...Now, I think that Michaels and/or JoAnns MIGHT have it but I know for sure that www.mrart.com has it. I use to buy art supplies from them all the time when I lived in the US and this masking fluid is just one of them. Good Luck with your project :-)

I hope your problem is the same I had some years ago... You have to let the clear-lac (sealer which ever one you use and two coats) dry for at least 24 hours before applying antiqing. This is the way I got rid of my streakes.

That might be an idea...And Clay, I think your horse will prance around like an arab *LOL* The fun thing is this one came to the Swedish jousting society's attention and I might be making more of them in the future (I have one on the drawing table right now). It seams that horse people really Love decorating their animals :-)

I use this...In the US around $8. You simply paint it on and clean the brush with a solution that will clean oil paint.

Ok, so the "right horse" was unavailable (this one is just a tad to big) but I'm happy with the resault. Of course I forgott the strap that's suppose to go from the top of the mask to the neckstrap of the bridle (to keep it from sliding down) but I think the pictures came out nicely anyway :-)

You can mix them and delute them as you wish. I only have around 10 colors, the rest I mix myself :-)

That is a way cool little helmet Pictures: You need to resize the them (and crop away some to) I did some alterations to your photo and made it in a manageble size of around 900x900 pixels.

Wow, Thanks a Million guy's and girl's for All you very nice comments :-) I made some changes to one of the pictures and added some text for those of you who is interested in what color and where I used them. I can also say that the metalic bronze color is not as flat as it is shown on the picture, in real life it's very vivid and alive. I hope this answers some questions :-)

1. I can't answer your first question, I don't use any of the Eco-flow products (and never will) 2. I too love the poping colors...I'm so far only using Angelus spirit dyes (until my stock is gone-buhu) if I need to dye something and most colors pop wonderfully. If you take a look at my work you'll see what I mean. 3. After I have used the spirit dye I use neatfot oil (not the compound) and then I leave it to rest for at least 24 hours before applying a sealer. 4. Made my life soooo much easier, I Love my airbrush :-) I hope this helps you some along the path//Tina

I wish I had a sponsor of the leather *sighing* Absolutly, as soon as I can...I did meassure the horse (with pen and paper in the stable) before doing the thingie but it's always nerv wracking before you actually can see it works.

I just got this horse head cover of the bench and I can't wait to get it to granddaughters horse and try it out :-) This time I have been using old Tandy antiquing, more or less as paint due to the fact it makes it look very old if used on untreadted leather. Most details have a acrylic bronze color. I added a concho, some spikes and some other metal details. Ohhh I forgott...Of course there's some of my swirls again *LOL*

Thanks a load:-) The group can not use my boar, it is drawn by me from scratch from a boar photo but they might have something similar? There is just sooo manny ways to draw a boar with swirls and anyone that have seen my work the last few years knows...I Love swirls *LOL*
