I prepared this file quicker than the previous one (Archery Arm Guard - Pattern & Instructions) posted a few days ago in the Leatherwork Conversation section - I'm a bit lost among all these sections..., but it should be understandable enough although instructions are more limited. Dead link removed. Fred's domain name is unregistered and he hasn't been around since 2014. I have posted a copy of his file at the end of this thread. Enjoy and share! Fred

Hi all, Had some time to spend on my own stuff again, so here are some Western style wet moulded belt pouches. Hand tooled and stitched, with matching liners and sam browne stud closures. All the same except for colours, so a good exercise in batch production. Quite fun and relatively quick to make compared to a belt or bag. After a bit of reading I think that in hindsight stitching across the belt loop was not the best idea in terms of strength but as these are small and won't be taking any substantial weight I don't think it will be a problem. Cheers and I hope you like them, Alex

I have a LOAD of handmade leather stock. I had a booth at TX Ren Faire and I was doing many shows but life is now different and I can't leave the farm to do shows like I was! I want to sell all my stock to someone who does shows. I will only be doing my customs and such that I can do without leaving home! If you are interested I have over 100 pouches that normally retail from 50 to 150(tooled and painted OOAK) and many other pieces.Far too many to list. I also have hand made flogs, cats and collars as well. Contact me I tried to put up pictures and it would not allow it so contact me dancethellano @ hotmail dot com if you wish to see pictures. Serious inquiries PLEASE! Price will depend on how much you want!

Just finished these they are intended for DE Razors but I’m guessing they would be ok for pocket knives as well.

I liked the notion of the shell box from the Tandy Leather book on bags, but I wanted a design that made it easier to actually remove the shells. Here's the result:

Hope this day finds ye warm, dry and happy! As you might detect from the opening, I enjoy Faire and all things medieval. Aside from western and Saddle making, I have tried most anything in Leather, from art to Steam punk, clothing to Door panels on a truck. Been working in Leather about 5 years and enjoy it a lot. I am often available in the chat room and interested in learning new things, meeting new people and sharing my knowledge, so look me up there if you like!

Hello all, Here is another shot shell holder. I made it for a local outdoor men's ministry group as a prize for their upcoming sporting clays shoot. Their logo is pretty intense. I dont know if Im saying this right but, the tooling is a combination of repouse and traditional carving (and a couple stamps too). Thanks for looking... enjoy Murray

I present here the two first prayer pipes (also called elbow pipes) I ever made, having carved the bowls in steatite (soap stone) - I never carved stone before that. The stems are made of various wood and materials, and those interested to know more about these pipes and how they are made can find a full description with more and better photos on my website. They are shown here with the pouches I made later on. These pouches are made of cow leather lined with a coated cloth and the decorations are of various stuff: hairy foal skin, dyed snake skin, chicken leg skin (I didn't even know it exists before I found some on an online shop!), glass beads (loom with heddle beading) and gemstone beads, feathers, hairpipes, fox fur, Corian... Fully hand sewn and own design with obviously and once more a strong Native Influence (many years ago a psychic, however right on so many things that could be verified, told me it was the very first time I was living as a white man! After all, perhaps that this influence comes from outside and inside...?)
