Members Tina Posted September 12, 2012 Members Report Posted September 12, 2012 I'm a fan, Great work The overall look is awsome but I love the small details. Instead of just seeds inside the flover there's...more flowers:-) I also love the extra leathercord along the strap and you really succeeded with the overall color schemes. Ambassador pete Posted September 12, 2012 Ambassador Report Posted September 12, 2012 Latest off the bench! (Finally) Crystal, that is really gorgeous. You need to send a picture of it to Tandy and let them use it as the finished photo for the market bag (I think that is what it's called). I have made 2 over the years- but that "AFTER" shot will sell a lot more for them when people can see what is possible. pete Quote
Contributing Member Crystal Posted September 12, 2012 Author Contributing Member Report Posted September 12, 2012 Thank you so very much, everyone! I appreciate all the feedback! No airbrushing! Just brush. I do have an airbrush- it's in a box somewhere but I haven't a clue where or even how to use it when I do find it again. Thanks, Pete- but I don't think I am ready for that kind of "prime time" yet. Hmmm, Tina. I think I learned that detail thing from my favorite Swede! Again- thanks, everyone! Members BIGGUNDOCTOR Posted September 14, 2012 Members Report Posted September 14, 2012 (edited) Great job on the bag. Th ecoloring really makes this for me. I have a couple of these kits that I picked up from someone who was getting out of leatherworking. Been trying to figure out what to do with them, now I have some inspiration. Any details on the type of dyes used. This is seriously a very nice bag, you should send pictures to Tandy, or someone here may do it for you. Members GrampaJoel Posted September 14, 2012 Members Report Posted September 14, 2012 Ya know, I blew this beautiful bag up real big on my computer screen to look at the incredible amount of details, I looked at every line, and cut, and I thought I found a flaw,,,,, but alas, I was mistaken. Absolutely beautiful work! You did an excellent job! Joel Quote
