Most excellent work!!!

Nice design and I love the depth of the tooling.  Can't find anything I would change.

With all that hand tooling and hand stitching, not forgetting the time in laying out the design, it beats me how you could make any money on it.:blink:

Machines wot I have - Singer 51W59; Singer 331K4; Seiko STH-8BLD; Pfaff 335; CB4500.

Chinese shoe patcher; Singer 201K (old hand crank)

By charging a fortune! Only joking, to be brutally honest I didn't really make any money on it, I underestimated both time and materials and my quote was way off. Not sure what my hourly rate worked out as but below minimum wage for sure. Live and learn I suppose, though with this particular project as long as it hit the deadline and the customer was happy I wasn't really too fussed.

Beautiful work all the way around. I'm a sucker for neat bar grounding and this has it in spades. Your coloring is really well done too. Very nice.

Alex, I just had a look at your arty things link - very nice work there, my friend. The forged blades are well done, simple and clean designs.:specool:
