Very lovely holster and belt. 

 

Question, What is that type of belt called where it doesn't have separate billets for the belt loops and buckle? I have made several but never knew what they are truly called.

Excellent. 

The only thing I might have done differently is  either reduce the stitch tension or increase the spacing to make the stitching show up more as a part of the design.

It's a scout belt.

For sbrownn, I think it's also the brown color of the thread that creates thiseffect of lack of contrast.
