I don't 'click' on unknowns Looks like you just glue them in

That narrows it down to about 30 possible places in 7 miles I think we were using the same chap though ebay. I was in touch with him and he was going to make some plates for me. Shortly after the Russian attack he was taken off ebay, as many more in Russia and then his website and email were taken off the system. I tried a few times to contact him but with no success.

fredk started following Painting Leather White, wallet insert, Acrylic embossing plates from Russia or Ukraine and and 5 others

I don't see photos of them, only odd attachments

I finally got around to making some pouches for my stitching chisels. They've been in a small box in my tool box, all mixed together. Now I won't have to waste time sorting them out each time I need them. Nowt fancy, just some scrap upholstery grade leather, cut into strips, folded over and glued along the edges and a resin snap added to keep them closed. I'll have one more to do soon as I've ordered 5mm chisels

All dealings with anyone in Russia are banned. Their websites have been taken down on Western servers. I. too, bought some embossing plates, it may have been the same chap

If you have a small motor-tool like a Dremel, with reverse; try using a small drill bit in reverse. The drill bit won't drill but it may grip enough to grip the screw and unscrew it

Using a creaser along an edge; I go very lightly at first to get a good line, then progressively press harder on each pass. It may take me as many as 6 passes to fully complete a crease. It doesn't take very long. Any tough spots are dealt with Using an edger; If I run into a tough spot I turn the leather round and come at it from the opposite direction. This usually deals with it, If not I by-pass it and trim it with a scalpel

Try warm soapy water

photos of each would help us with suggestions

You can get 'recolourant' in white. Its sort-of a dye https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162520462757?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20201210111451%26meid%3D6a4d32fb227e4cba8efe8a95eb02f2f3%26pid%3D101196%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D380494665096%26itm%3D162520462757%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D4429486%26algv%3DSimplAMLv5PairwiseWebWithBBEV2bAndUBSourceDemotionWithUltimatelyBoughtOfCoviewV1&_trksid=p4429486.c101196.m2219&itmprp=cksum%3A1625204627576a4d32fb227e4cba8efe8a95eb02f2f3|enc%3AAQAJAAABMKAGZatwWrSFioKhyF05YYps7xtgOI2Vu0BqB4BERv%2FNTfrUNkP50TZAJfREiGj7R%2BA2x2E5zTqSs43jfR6uCcmt8%2B%2BTUdobg9SfOq%2BIqjUBjAd9zeLEqk7XpCC82bZYhRbO0wtWimjXEQ59NhkBzfB93gBctfKjfQ%2FV7XltUSegpfTwzqztB3FNX463ZrcE9Pj3SgYDwjraqpQEGVEJjGcdyDxuI5fVkbvi%2B81HdXvxNDV2lQ%2F%2Br7oAnTrkmEa77LZ4dirWGSjxkdede3%2BjQl0mdqNQMbZhaRB3p6SP2UyF4%2B5LNGXBHqSrmLIP56%2BX6Ama7Uc4Njqq1BumTrtMwgQNmWvfCv6382G6NMFP2ieWMzjk1O9y0XgPqjS1b4SD9EbE0yVrrMIm9jBxQqGfkpY%3D|ampid%3APL_CLK|clp%3A4429486&itmmeta=01HVWAR8JH9YGRD6CS7C5XDWJ6 or https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166024209145?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20201210111451%26meid%3D3407333b1e8d46a98bc37cc2614c177a%26pid%3D101196%26rk%3D8%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D162520462757%26itm%3D166024209145%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D4247815%26algv%3DSimplAMLv5PairwiseWebWithBBEV2bAndUBSourceDemotionWithUltimatelyBoughtOfCoviewV1&_trksid=p4247815.c101196.m2219&itmprp=cksum%3A1660242091453407333b1e8d46a98bc37cc2614c177a|enc%3AAQAJAAABMKAGZatwWrSFioKhyF05YYps7xtgOI2Vu0BqB4BERv%2FNTfrUNkP50TZAJfREiGj7R%2BA2x2E5zTqSs43jfR6uCcmt8%2B%2BTUdobg9SfOq%2BIqjUB25YfaK6EwtQt3bK6LkMfM5oJhdj2NEo7HPfsj1QATdGzSV%2FRBtIZ%2F0SXEYMZ0Cf8NS3VWYXJKBIkDLsOz8Kwtjvn0cwk4ZTv5C75Prz3kWj1evMtln27wr0%2Fw20JmRoZC2RrC7%2FN%2BUFmlndu4Tomwcimkit8C7ZLSIWlf2q0L%2BzG0ALWnNa3udNghPvwU8StqPM3o4Ecr2M8hPGrrl5TPZHpgLz1KqpSNSbtbhOrkI2oFhbWoC1qOqu9YaL%2FohFdtixwL7hoA%2BhE2fKac%2BRF9MmpS3rU0X236tuGhFx4KcE%3D|ampid%3APL_CLK|clp%3A4247815&itmmeta=01HVWAY003ZPRBFJR4P0P6RT19

We pay for our National Health Service (NHS) Every working person pays National Insurance tax. About 5% of wages above a certain minimum. But it means that no-one is denied medical aid or faces a bill after treatment

But they have. In the 21st century products have changed so much even in the last 25 - 30 years. Good companies are constantly improving their products, altering what they contain

fredk replied to thekid77's topic in Sewing Leather
Are you making your stitching holes with chisels or punches?
