Needles are not cheap, especially the big fat ones....on my Adler 105 I feel for a burr...if it is light I take a 800 grit sandpaper and polish it away...make sure you don't polish away the edge....if the tip has a serious dent toss it,,,,and yes, even if it sounds crazy for a beginner....you can actually hear when a needle gets dull and makes a "thump" sound...then its time to check or change...a needle with a burr cann fuss up your thread and even brake it,,,a serious dent on the tip or a bend needle can do much more serious damage to your hook or other parts!! Any time you turn your baby on ( before power up!!!) feel the needle with your finger nail for a burr!! Na, dont be to hard on Chancey....as long as it has 2wheels, looks cool....and is loud...we all be gud...hahaaa...! I just love classic bikes and everything old s hool....hey, and it wont be long and these Kawa's are classics too....if they are not already!?... I have to stick with 'ol fat Helga for now....but u never know....when there is a real cool shovel or a Eldorado, or a extra cool Norton Comander...maybe a orange Laverda...or a big fat Muench 4-TTS-E....for sale....you know...hahaa....

Thanks man, unfortunatly my own fat Helga is to young...haha She is a block head even being already 12 yrs old.. I did a seat for a 69 shovel, and they boys got all exited about it... The one with the golden hands on old bikes got This wallet, he is our old school mechanic.... Sometimes I would like to trade fat Helga for a shovel.... Oh well....my dear Brother has a original AMF 1973 Electra Glide.....what a beautiful girl......made him some years ago saddle bags......she needs a top end bad.....u just got to love the old girls!!!! OK, here is one going old school...black leather, red stitching, red zipper and a shovel/pan engine....the customer wanted this to be a gift for his shovel head and pan lover mechanic helper...when he received the wallet he kept it for himself!! Now I have to make another one for the poor mechanic himself...heheee.... Wonder if Indian Larry would have liked this one...I miss him soooo much.... Oh well, lets make one more...
