    Thanks Tina, the stuff I use is "Mold Builder" by Castin Craft, it actually works fine with just one layer, but the smell...wow, very strong amonia smell. Ken

    Tom, thanks much for the compliment. The white is Fiebings White Dye, it doesn't work to well, but does give it a bit of color. Ken

    Thanks freak. Yea I know what you mean by the original seat. When he first sent me a pic of it to give hima quote, I sent an e-mail back right away telling him just how ugly it was. I said I couldn't believe that Corbin would even make such an ugly seat. He agreed fully and sent me the seat to redo. Ken

    Jason, yes that's what I mean, but not to just throw the whole bunch into the dye, but to pull it through in a steady motion. This will give you a more even effect. Ken

    I'm thinking a lighter Saddle Tan sort of. As to the edges, the ones that are between each weave, where you've cut it lengthways. You could even try to burnish them with a small dremel felt polisher. Ken

    Tina your coloring is exceptional, the way you are able to blend them so natutly. What are you using for masking? I use a liquid latex like what I believe was Kate that had mentioned before. Ken

    Wolvie, I really like those handle wraps. I'd personaly would dye them a ligth color though, as they will be less likely to pick up dirt and be easier to clean when they do. One other thing too, if you were to bevel the edges just a bit, I think that would keep the edges from getting screwed up over time. Ken
