Have you searched for an instruction manual? It will have what you are asking for. Even a google search brings up lots of hits. Search for: Singer 45k89 manual

Please post your photos here, videos are usually way to large so have to be posted on a 3rd party host. YouTube is a common site for videos. Your imgur.com video came through nicely. 3rd party hosted photos frequently disappear due to changes in the host's policies, host out of business, users moving files, deleting files, closing their account or the account expiring. When this happens, the post becomes worthless to all future users who are researching or looking for help to solve a problem. If your files are too large to post here due to file size restrictions, you need to resize your files to fit. Follow this link for some helps and suggestions. https://leatherworker.net/forum/topic/15122-how-to-post-pictures-on-lw/?do=findComment&comment=551171 There are lots of Apps, software, and online tools available on the web, or even built into your device to enable you to reduce your file sizes. 800 pixels in the longest dimension is quite adequate. Smart phone screens and many monitors don't display high res files in high resolution. People that live on the fringes of the internet appreciate smaller file sizes and high res photos may take from 10 minutes to hours to download.

Angled stitches with round stitching holes - how do I do that?
Northmount replied to SUP's topic in Sewing Leather
Moved your post to Sewing Leather. Have you checked this forum? I think I recall instructions (hopefully here) about getting a nice angle. -
Is this pattern for decoration, or does it serve some functional use? If it is for decoration only, it could be left out, or you could use round punches that you may already have or are more easily obtainable.

Some software may work when installed on portable drives. It depends on how the software is designed to operate. I've seen packages that have a special setup for portable drives. You can replace internal drives on your computer with SSDs. My Dell workstation from 2013 is running on SSDs. Helps speed up compared to hard drives.

Restricting spammer buyers & sellers
Northmount replied to fredk's topic in Feedback and Suggestions
The marketplace is where items for sale should be posted. It includes an area for business and estate sales. See the marketplace rules here https://leatherworker.net/forum/forum/70-announcements/ Businesses should buy banner ads. The occasional sale of leather goods is fine. routine higher volumes would be considered a business. The least they could do is become a contributing member to help keep the lights on. -

It's autocorrect on your device. This forum doesn't do autocorrect, much as I'd like it to fix some comments. -
These snaps have been around for a long, long, time. They were most often used by home seamstresses on home made clothing. I remember them from well over 70 years ago. Once in a while, one might come apart, but it was due to faulty setting, a little crooked, or misaligned so a couple prongs missed being seated in the mating ring. This is a good reminder for thin leathers, not just textiles.

From the video description: 1,081 views Oct 13, 2023 Best servo motor for heavy duty industrial sewing machines Kinedyne HM-750SL is the world's most powerful "low-speed, high-torque" servo motor that is able to maintain full power and torque even at low speed. Using photoelectric encoder, the minimum speed is down to 50 RPM. The actual sewing machine speed is 13 stitches per minute only which is great for more precise sewing of detailed work and heavier leather To sew very slowly is also ideal for leather working beginner. Using either an 750SL servo motor on heavy thick sewing applications completely eliminates the need for a now obsolete, "Speed Reducer". https://automatic-sewing.com/750SL-lo...
