Here's a tool bag I'm making for my bike. Still working on it and I'll add more pics when it's done.

Here's a seat where I used B203 and just a bit of B60.

I use old Craftool bevelers that are 30 something years old. The two I use the most are B203 and B60 ,with B203 being irreplaceable.I also use B790 quite a bit. I recently bought a nylon beveler blade from Kevin @ Springfield Leather and it's way cool! It's used mostly for borders and beading. I used to have a Barry King beveler but I prefer the old ones I have.You can see some of my junk on the board and on my profile page.I like your work, looks really cool!

Another thing to consider is how thick is your wallet? If you're like most men their wallet can become pretty thick and it, believe it or not, can cause your hips to be uneven when sitting. This can put undo strain on your back.

I was wondering why there was two different types of leather on the piece, now I know.Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet,though, and start over with a new piece of leather. I know there have been more than a few times I've done things twice. I just did a kind of large wall piece and I had to cut a whole new one cause the lettering was slightly off. I don't do linings so I can't help on the lining deal. Just take your time on the rivet placement,get them in a straight line and maybe radius the corners of the handle straps a bit. The carving looks fine.

Ha ha ha, that's crazy, man! It kind of goes with the Ed Gein face mask.

Another seat for my bike. I decided to go with no border and just let it wear. I have another I can swap out depending on my mood.

Why is that?

And I trust government even less to do what's ethical, let alone to do something intelligent.

This is a tool bag I made for a benefit run back in May. I'm changing the mounting straps and the clasp so I thought I'd get some pics because I didn't have an operational camera when I made it.

Christian posts quite a bit of his outstanding work on the Jockey Journal Friday art show threads. Very clean ,meticulous work! I wonder if he knows he's getting accolades on here?

Thanks Tom, I couldn't make the auction as I had a wedding to attend, at least I got to ride my bike to it. The dude who made the frame called me and told me it went for $600.00.The money went to a little girl who has a tumor which is inoperable due to a heart condition she has had since birth.

Thanks. The skull on the bag is the same as the seat, I had my wife stretch it out sideways a bit. I have more people wanting tool bags but I want to start making the sides out of metal in stead of leather.
