  1. Real nice sheaths. Good work.
  2. Nice work on that strap. I really like it.
  3. Wow! That is excellent work. Very nice.
  4. Thanks Eddie, Bob and Wild Bill. Yes this is the first matching set, but there will be more to follow. I'm also thinking about doing a checkbook cover to match.
  5. Nice. Stitching looks good and the stamping is great. Great job on that knife sheath.
  6. Thanks for all the nice comments.
  7. Looking good. I'll be watching for an update of the finished product.
  8. Nice bag and nice gun. You did a good job on that and I sure will be putting that on my list of things to do.
  9. Nice work. I like that basket weave design. Good job.
  10. Thanks TJP. I did not dye any of this leather except some dark on the edges where the lace covers it to keep it form showing through. This leather comes already dyed this color from Springfield leather.
  11. Halitech, Thanks for the comment. The old change purse was not all that old. Probably 1 1/2 -2 years. I have worn them out before though. They get holes in the bottom from the change in them.
  12. I have carried one of these little change purses with me most of my life, so I decided to make one to match my billfold that I posted a few weeks ago. Here it is but because it is now it doesn't want to co-operate and stay closed, so I am helping it a little bit. If I was going to sell it I would put a snap on it but I never put snaps on the ones I make for myself. After I carry it in my back pocket for a few hours it will stay closed with no problem. The third picture is my old change purse beside the new one. The last picture is the wallet I made a few week ago, a pen I turned and my new change purse.
  13. I like this one even better than the lily. Nice work.
  14. Interesting. How did you make it? How well does it spin?
  15. Thanks for the great comments, everybody. They are greatly appreciated.

    Leather Covered Vase

Some real artwork on those. They look great.
  17. Here is a wallet I just finished. It is made form Diamond Back Croco Print that I purchased from Springfield Leather. The insides were also from Springfield Leather. I glued pigskin liner to the back of the wallet. I am not completely happy with my lacing job. I think I punched my lacing slits a bit to far in from the edge. I like this leather and I like the insides and I'll be making some more with this stuff.
  18. Looks good to me. Nice work.

    Lab-Top Case

    Very nice.
  20. Nice stuff. I really like the holster.
  21. Those look great. Very nice work.
  22. Oldtoolsniper I glue the back lining on the back with Barge cement. Some other contact cement will work also. Then I glue all the edges that are going to be laced or stitched together, with the same. Glue about 1/4 or so in from the edge. Then they are ready for the holes or slits for lacing or sewing. I am making another wallet using Cognac, Diamond Back Croco Print from Springfield Leather. Lacing on it as time permits. It is beautiful leather. I'll post it when I get it finished. Hope you post yours too.
  23. That is a real beauty. Nice tooling!
