  1. How big is the granite knothead? looks plenty big to me. And as far as a poundo board........I have one and also an acrylic cutting board from WalMart .............I like the cutting board better! JMHO
  2. Just spent the day with Chan Geer. If you're ever able to take a class with him, believe me it is well worth it! Now I am off to the store to get vellum and start drawing some stuff! I will post a couple of pics once I get them downloaded off my phone!
  3. I count 21 tools..............even at used prices of about $3.00 plus a tool that is about 63 bucks! I would say you got a good deal! And BTW...........I zoomed on the pics and it looks like black paint on the tools...........not tape.

  7. Made this for my wedding present for my daughter........yes that is her in the pic. I hope it comes out to where everyone can see it. I used one of Chan Geer's patterns.

  12. I would use a spray like the super sheen as I would be worried that any further rubbing would make the color bleed even more than it already has.............just my 2cents

  15. A lot depends on the couch. My ex bought one for the house a few years ago and the whole thing was leather (sides, back and all)......and it cost a lot too!!!
  16. Springfield leather would be one good place to start. They also sell wholesale if you have a business and would be worth talking to.

  22. OMG!!!! I just got off the phone with CHAN GEER!!!!!!!!!!! We are going to compare schedules and set up some private tutoring while I am in Sheridan...............I am so excited! I think I do decent tooling, but to be able to learn from a master will definitely help improve everything and make my work so much better.......... Mike P.S. thanks for the tip Electrathon.........
