Better let some professional check the machine if you don´t know what I mean. Maybe this engineer manual will help you a bit: Juki 245 Engineer's Manual
-
First thing I usually check is if the needle / hook timing is correct - when you hear a clicking sound - is it possible that the hook tip hits the needle at a too low point or does the needle hit the hook somewhere? Is the hook grabbing the thread loop at all? Any chance that you can post a a video?

There for sure is a market for these things! If this case cost $50-$80 I would buy it in a heart beat. I think you should be able to get $200 - $250 (rough guess) for it - if not more if someone really is looking for one. This case is really in pristine condition for a 100 years old military leather case! You may not sell it this month or within 6 months but I´m sure you can sell it but as often you have to be patient. Sell it fast for a lower price or if you are patient you can make more money.

NO - totally different machine but our member UWE had designed one for the CB4500 / 441 type machines that one could fit the CB3200. Check with him - he posted in this thread (see above).

talking sewing machine scammers and the like. Few days ago I googled for LW member UWE`s clever flat bed attachments and came across this: https://www.golatest.top/ut335v-flatbed-table-attachment-for-pfaff-335-vintage-old-casting-p-19349.html Welcome to a digitalized World Better watch your (internet) steps...

seems they are using pictures from other companies or from Ebay and prices are kind of low. Sample: http://permatasewing.com/products.php?product=Singer-108-w-20-cylinder-arm-style-Unison I just set up a Singer 108w my self so I know the they use pictures from Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Singer-108-w-20-cylinder-arm-style-Unison-Feed-FOR-binding-runs-great/230958844346?hash=item35c63849ba:g:iu8AAMXQueRRXwIQ So I would be careful with this Company.

I have an informative user manual in German language - when you send me your Email by PM is can forward it to you. Its not the one linked above , its an older one with very detailed information - but in German language.

LW Member UWE made an excellent video of how to time the Consew 225 - the Dürkopp 239 and several other machines are similar but not 100% identical but this video should give you an idea how to time the hook:
-
I guess it´s a 239. The Dürkopp 239 shares a lot of similarities with the Singer 111G156 but I think yours has a larger hook but some parts are even the same.

These are for swing away roller foot mountings. I don`t think they will properly work as they need a bracket that holds the foot in place. I think you cannot tighten the foot screw enough to hold them in place on your machine since you don´t have the bracket on the needle bar. I can post pictures later. EDIT: Okay - did not read so you already know you need a bracket Anyway, I´ll post pictures later.
-
you definitely should! Better asks for good detailed pictures from all sides - race parts are rather easy but other parts are way more difficult to find! EDIT: BTW - I just noticed the race parts seem to be present - see red circle!! Anyway - ask for more detailed pictures of the whole machine!!!
-
But this does not slow down the motor it still starts at 500RPM min. In the accelerator unit you can move the small black lever a bit to the left or right to get more or less "play" in the foot pedal. Its a bit trial and error. Not sure if your look the same but I guess it does.
-
I may have some used OEM Singer race parts but have to check.... Please post pictures of the shuttle race area so we can see what is missing.
-
wow min. 500 rpm is quite a lot - my servos start at 200 rpm but they are made by JACK (or labeled JACK). and I run them with a 3:1 pulley speed reducer. I´m not electronic guy and I´m not sure if an additional electronic speed limiter would work at all in combination with a servo motor. However I once added a quite simple speed controller to my electric bobbin winders - but not sure if this works in combination with a servo motor. I think a pulley speed reducer would be the better idea as it even increases the torque. You probably have seen this video already on YT:

Sunstar km-380 cylinder arm machine

That was my thought too - I would guess a barrel hook machine (CB 2500, CB3200, Singer 45K, Adler 5, Adler 105 and the like) would be easier to clean / maintain around the hook and feed dog. -
Dial Indicator on a Campbell Randall Needle Awl Machine

Impressive - seems it did not hurt the machine. But who knows how much mileage other machine have which do do not have a stitch counter. Maybe the Allied used this CR stitcher for decoding the German Enigma machine *kidding* -
Seems to be a 132U - the made in Japan version of the 132K - seems to be plain drop feed (no jump foot) machine as far as I can tell from the pictures. Good long lasting and reliable machine but it ha no reverse. The bobbins are HUGE and hold lot of thread. Lots of spare parts are still available from College Sewing in the UK. Check this thread for a Singer 132K6 / Seiko SK-8 Manual
