    I called today. They don't have a showroom but said I could come and take a look on Friday. The goal . . . to help decide between Consew, Cobra and Techsew.

    Hello . . . Has anyone been to the Cobra shop at Leather Machine Co. in Ontario CA? Is this place open to the public? Will they allow customers to try the machines?

    The 255 can sew 1/16" thicker leather.

    What is the difference between these two? From pictures I can see a bigger stitch regulator(?) in the bottom of the 255. I can also see a few hundred difference in price where the 255 is more expensive.

    Nice, I have never seen a full skin like that. Boots come to mind. But maybe a wallet with an Ostrich inlay.
