The rivet has no tapering and impossible to set the burr. Trying to set the burr bends the rivet. I also tried the copper burr on the brass rivet, with no success.
Disappointed!

Edit: I have definitely noticed the negative difference in the personalities of the store employees.
Do you have any tips for getting acceptable results with Fiebing's Pro Oil Dye in Royal Blue? Everything I do ends up so dark. My last attempt was a 50/50 dilution and not only was it still dark, it didn't penetrate well.
The products on their website look of the highest quality. The only issues are the price of shipping to the U.S. and the £ 100 ($168.20) minimum order.
I can't find anywhere in the U.S. that make Half-Check Chains of this quality.
What is the bezel called for setting Swarovski crystal? The mount that has prongs like a spot?
