Ok guys all good info this is where I am hoping this is the correct needle DP x 17 110/18 B inserted needle. Dropped the foot and lowered the needle, felt under the arm with my finger let the needle tap my finger tightened screw cycled machine. It did not pick up the bobbin thread slide bobbin cover over and slowly cycled machine the hook grabbed the top thread slide cover back on, hook does not catch top thread slide cover off, hook catches top thread now I am scratching my head

Thank Guys, Please bear with me as. I stumble along this learning curve I threaded the machine and tried to pick up the bobbin thread. Sigh, it looks to me the timing is off just a scooch. Or a. BCH IMG_3565.MOV

Pre wound? Wow, I have only seen the metal bobbins, here is another concern In the parts diagram it shows a thread tensioner where this threaded hole is. (Middle picture) The machine was threaded when I received it but the thread was run through2 plates just above the threaded hole are The horizontal tension plates adequate? And the missing plates not needed?

I picked up a 29k62 yesterday and I will be having questions as I start to go over this machine. So far. Everything seems to be working. Without thread in the machine the foot and needle seem to be in time and moving the leather I opened the bobbin door and much to my dismay the bobbin was absent, here is what I found

Knives like any tool have different uses. You are not going to find a blade that will do everything. It is a tool, blades can be ground on the left or the right so you need one of each. Thin blade? Thick? Pointed? Round? A blade is as personal as a pair of shoes. You have to try them on to see what you like. My advice? Snap off utility blade at any lumber yard for 6 bucks

Any weapon you choose is not worth the money it cost with out training to teach how, when, of weapon use that weapon is a fantastic idea as long as she is also enrolled in a self defense class. Around here, You can get self defense training at the gun range , They teach all aspect of self defense from sticks to simi auto parts

Yes, 1/4 type L also know as ice maker tubing. Noticed something strange, I have never in over 40 years as a licensed plumber been able to bend a short radius 90 in that tubing with out benders, pipe will kink every time. But, this tubing let me bend the short 90, maybe it is not 100% copper but they might be adding another metal. I dunno, but it surprised the crap out of me
