  1. Where are we getting a quality cutting surface for clicker dies? I've been getting by with cheap stuff... replacing pretty frequently. Today, I do a search, and it takes me to Tippman. So I guess I'll try that, and "add to cart", but - much like many sites - it won't let me see the shipping or expected time frame until after I "register" on the site. They talked themselves out of my business with that - I left. Here's the thing.. I"m just done 'signing up'. Signed up for something at tandy years ago, and still getting crap in the mail and email. Ordered once from cabela's.. got emails until I changed the email address. Went through all that at Weaver, just so they could send me some leather that .. well, let's just say that signing up at Weaver was a waste of time. Like so many others. Seriously.. I just want a cutting board to put under clicker dies that will last a bit without being an investment ...
  2. We ordered a Weaver 4-ton manual clicker, but it just won't do what we want it to. We tried a couple of pulls on our cutting board, but no happiness happened. Stock photos of the unit abound, but we can send pics of this one if you are suspicious this is not brand-new. We are in for $1200; if you are looking at retail that's more like $1400, so there is a possibility of a bargain here for you. Local pick-up, or freight around $150ish depending on how far you are from southeastern Pennsylvania. E-mail leatherman54@hotmail.com or call John 215 514 1989. This little charmer needs to find a good home soon!
  3. Greetings from Finland I would be able to get a clicker for small money that is in quite good condition. Except circuit board is broken/missing or similar (havent seen that yet). Owner haven't been able to find replacement part for that. Possible that its easy to fix pcb, but if not it would be possible to design new controller for the clicker. For me electronics and programming the logic is not a problem. Problem is that i don't know how clickers are working. What kind of logic there need to be Is there some kind of adjustable pressure sensor to recognize when it stops pressing and lift jaw up? If someone can explain whole working process of the machine for me (standard hydraulic clicker, movable jaw that is pressing from up).
  4. Bought in September. Closed business needing this machine, so selling it to one lucky person who needs it! 5. Shop down sizing - I am going to start with listing these items but we will have more items come. If there is something in particular you are looking for let us know, we may have one. Clicker Herman Schwabe model D - $2500 Splitter - Fortuna SAS - $2200 Jacques Shear 50" - $2500 If interested please feel free to contact Monty or Eric at Walco Leather Co Inc. Located in NYC. Buyer will be responsible to arrange pick-up or shipping.
  6. I have a Fipi 5 clicker for sale , 220 volt If interested I can send a few pictures.
  7. I bought this from Weaver a month ago and unfortunately it isn't what I need to do the job. It has maybe 40 clicks total on it. Literally got it out of the box, set it up, clicked and realized it isn't going to do it - what I'm cutting is way too narrow and the die won't eject the slugs. So, my loss is your gain. It's all back in the box and ready to ship. You basically get a like new clicker with all the original stuff that came with it. I did mount a back stop on the clicking pad to align my work, so there are 4 very small holes (less than 1/8" diameter each). How does $900 plus actual shipping costs sound? Or you can pick it up in Toledo, Ohio. Call me or send me a message - Jesse (419) nine 57-402one I have several pictures but there isn't much to show - its a like new clicker press. If you want to see them just ask and I'll happily send.
  8. SHOP CLOSING - A colleague is selling his equipment. His assessment puts the used equipment value around $250K but Dr. says he has to simplify and he has two other businesses (and we all know the leather business is involved!) - so he's looking to sell ALL for $60K. (He is not ready to break it up) All is located in Central Florida. I tried to attach a pdf but it was too big and couldn't get it reduced. A little hard to look at in list form like this but you can email me for a pdf copy > barcsaddlery@yahoo.com The list is not complete. He has a few more pieces of equipment to catalog and a lot of raw materials. If you're interested, please contact me and I can get photos and help him complete the inventory report. 19. Hello! I am looking for someone with a clicker to do a small project for me in the Columbus Ohio area. I have several hides and partial hides of 10 oz or so bridle type leather and one die about 4" X 5" ish. I need it clicked out sometime in the next month or so. I don't feel like shipping it all somewhere, so I'm looking for someone in the area who can do the clicking. Willing to travel a reasonable distance outside of the Columbus, Ohio area. Anyone fit this description? Email me at: info@branchlineleather.com or reply to this thread if you are interested. Thanks!

  21. Landis Belt Press that I bought in Canada directly from Landis factory and I refurbished it cosmetically. This machine is 110V electric and will punch all belt holes and tip of belt with ease. The current die is the original and comes with the sale but this machine needs a new die made. Everything works great, but again, the die needs replacing which you can have made by Campbell-Randall for $350-$400. Motor is very strong, has fresh paint and oiled well. This is a very rare machine and I have never found one like it. Used in my belt shop but need to make room in shop for bigger equipment. Foot pedal and hand operation methods (they are interlinked so operate as you choose. Asking $3800. Must pick up or YOU arrange for it to be picked up. I can crate to for you for $200. This is a rare and reliable piece of machinery for your leather shop. Don't let it pass you by. Questions? Please reply to post thanks! My zip code is 90731 which is where this machine is located.
  22. Hello, I'm in the market for a 6" splitter, have been looking at a few Landis splitters but am open to other options. Does anyone here have one that they're looking to get rid of? I'm also looking for a good burnisher motor, and a clicker or hydraulic press. Thank you, Andrew

  25. Hey everyone, not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this. I recently dismantled and replaced the air bladder on a Tippmann Clicker 700. I thought I would share the video I made in the process, it shows the dismantle and components of the Tippmann Clicker 700 (incase there are other repairs, or someone is wondering how they work). Take care, Amol (not sure how to embed the video, but here is the link) https://youtu.be/JRSxlCVk0K0
