  4. Looks nice, it is a lot more work than most people think isn't it. David
  5. Nice looking, like the fade. I like Aussie conditioner but have heard good things about sno-seal applied like you said. David
  6. No such thing as a dumb question. Make things out of paper or cardboard first until you are sure that it is what you want and measure twice and cut once. Leather is expensive. Welcome to the forum. David

  10. Not sure about the black but it looks like the white is just white acrylic paint watered down and not wiped off well so that it shows the leather through in places but fills the lettering. David
  11. How did the edges finish out with burnishing? Just curious, I am thinking about doing one but was going to do an inlay so I did not have to try to finish the skin edge. Yours came out great by the way. David

  19. I used a tackle box with the plastic boxes in it before I got a dedicated area. One trick I still use is I have a wood tool holder I made that I keep the tools I am using for that specific project. It is about 3 by 3 by 9 inches long with about 20 holes for stamps and punches in it. It keeps them from rolling around or banging together, but more importantly I don't set stuff on them and spend 30 minutes looking for it when I just had it. David
