You're right. Rocky Mountain Leather Supply also sells it.

I've bought from both.
But FLW has an awesome blog. Let's keep'em both around. Competition is good for us.
Try the Irish linen thread at Royalwood.

Later try the French linen thread Fil au Chinois at Fine Leather Working. They also have John James needles and Blanchard tools.
I haven't stitched a 7 spi with 632 yet here is 7 with 432 and 9 with 432 and 632.
The black card wallet is 7 spi w/432.
The 2nd pic is 432/9spi on left and 632/9spi on right.
I've been using 432 on 9 SPI & 7 SPI and I really think it looks better on 7. It's starting to look too big for 9 now.
I'll be buying some 632 soon to use on 9. May be a week or two but I'll post some photos.
I think you get a better slant with a smaller thread to SPI ratio. I think a 632 on a 9 SPI will have a nicer slant than 432 on 9.
Nice job tooling, finishing and inlay.
Edges could be cleaned up some. Try hidepounder's tutorial if you haven't already.
Not sure what you used but I prefer a smaller thread with higher stitch count.
No you didn't miss the June post. There isn't one. I've been busy with a new baby and a new house. I haven't had time to pick out a new pattern. If anyone has a suggestion please post one.
