  6. Thank you both for the information about where to find harness hardware, it is for great helt. But then again, the norwegian/scandinavian harness is quite different then other harnesses. My sister want me to start making the smaller parts for her old harness, and she would absolutely love it to be all brass, but we have a hard time finding brass buckles who is suitable for harness.. so then again just ordinary buckles must be what we can work with. For example, I am going to make her two breastcollar straps, (neck and brast strap for collar) and we have not found brass buckle. The buckle we have found is 40mm round (see picture below) but no one in brass, and then again the norwegian "ore" may not come in brass at all ("shaft-plate). So I guess we will end up with ordinary hardware anyway. But price here in norway is about 35 dollar a pice... I think this is quite expensive, but then again, maybe it isnt? What do you pay for buckle like this? And if you like to read about norwegian/scandinavian harness, take a look here (english): http://www.olafnyby.net/NorHarnPages3-07/Norwegian%20Harness%203-07.htm pickture of harness buckle norwegian style for brast strap:

  9. Hello, I am looking to buy hardware for dog collars, like the martingale, but can not find out where, or maybe I am not searching the right way... (lost in translation) attaching picture to show what I mean: the D ring or O ring with the chain and ring for fastning the lead.
  10. what you mean the linen thread is flat? Is it one particular brand? The linen thread I use is 3 braid, 5 or 6 braid linen thread, called 12/3 or 18/3, 18/5, 18/6. I suppose there are more brands of threads out there
