do your carhardts zip up side? if they do you shouldnt have to open them up. just find someone with heavy duty machine and sew the leather on where you want it. easy enough to do.

Heres a wallet I just got done doing for a customer. I dont get to do much tooling so out of practice but they like it si guess thats all that matters. my camera not good at pics. they seem to always be blury n its not cause im shaking lol cause im not. just a cheapo camera.

well heres my first bronc halter. not to bad. I dont get to do much leatherwork these days the repair keeps me busy. Its for a mule so we will see how it works lol.

Being a leather crafter do ya find yourself eyeing up the leather stuff on shows. Im always looking at abbys collars and stuff on NCIS. and of course when I see like the vampire movies and Ren movies n the westerns. ack!!! leather over load!! the creative brain wheels just a spinnin. i dont think Ill be around long enough for my list of goodies to build. well I found a new supplier of wallet insides and they are from california. I just got my sample and price list and they are very reasonable and the insert they sent is very nice. they have a lot of different styles. I was needing the coin purse wallet insert and they have like5 different styles with coin purse. they have the inserts in 10 different colors. there is credit card, pocket secretaries, zipper inserts,. I suggested they check into this website and they were very interested. the other thing is this company has been around since 1904. there website doesnt have much on the inserts they do sell lace and thats on there but if you call them they are real nice. they really didnt know there was such a demand on inserts. they dont keep a lot on hand they make them to individual order. there inserts are made out of the same as the lace so you can match lace with insert. it is Marcellus-oriva Leather Co www.leathercraft-lace.com. check em out. hope this helps a lot of you guys looking.
