What type of shooting do you do? I'm a target shooter and so are my wife and children. We all shoot ISSF pistol matches and have been for years. My wife is the State Coach. Luckily, we only live about 100 yards from the range. Wife and daughter still show horses but my son and I have better sense, too much work for so little return. I keep all my oil stones in an icecream container full of diesel. When I put them back in after use I put them in on their side and the rubbish seems to drop off and when I take them out to use again they are clean. I never ever put my water stones in diesel though, just use good old spit! Tony.

I usually listen to Hank Snow, Hank Williams, Slim Whitman, Willie Nelson or similar. These go all day in my workshop as I have about 40 hours on computer media player. They just play in shuffle mode, much better than the days when one had to change the tapes every 30 minutes! I run it through amp and big stereo speakers so it is great!. White Fallow deer are not uncommon here is Tasmania. We have white 'roo, white Opossum and last year the people about half a mile down our road caught a white Echidna, which we usually call a Porcupine. Only last week someone up north caught another white Echidna. We have even had a white hawk and there used to be several white Blackbirds around one of the city parks. Tony.
