Hey Scouter,
I usually don't like to work with paints. Your tooling looks good of course but bummer it did not give an even coverage cause from the small pic it looks like it could have worked a bit better. I love how you play around with colors cause I don't. Keep it up brotha.
Hey Drac,
For some reason I thought it was something like this.
Have your top dimension's straight line (24) find the center and draw a line 1/2" down. Draw your bottom line (17 1/2) find the center and draw a line 3/4" down. The end of the lines you drew down will be your midpoint for your radius'. I think I saw this on a tut. for making arm bracers. What do you think?
This is cool. Great, now I have to buy a trailer and then wrap it....lol, jk. I love random projects. I have a couple of sailer belts to lengthen the tips on. Just random stuff.
Yo Ken,
I have to say that this is an awesome tutorial. You are awesome at your skill. My vest is more of a cheat cause I only put a patch on mine and you actually built the whole freak'n thing. Wow, you ROCK!!! I'll wait till you finish and post before I post my patch...lol I don't want to look lame in your shadows....lol jk....kinda
I like your seat. Looks good. I was thinking of doing this too but wasn't sure how the market was for the seats. I'll keep it in mind but yours looks good.
Marlon,
This is a very clean lamp. I always like when you post because you are so thorough and just plain frea'n knowledgable like many others here. That is why I am impressed but not surprised. Sweet lamp.
I agree with rdb. This is pretty. I love the design. Well, this is what I would do but this is just me. Leave the design as is and Block Out the girls face. Saddle Tan the rest enough to give the reddish color. When applied right and enough Saddle Tan gives a great red color. The Tandy Antique one I mean. Check out my profile or my website for some examples.
