  1. Thanks Clay, that's what I was thinking. Just didnt have a bottle of color at work to look at the ingredients.
  2. I would like to be a part of this, but like Froghunter said Im not sure anyone would want anything I can make.
  3. I'm still really new to leather working and just beginning to color so I have a question. What's the difference between the Eco Flow Cova Colors and plain ole acrylic paints other than the consistency? Or is there any really?
  4. Nice stuff! I hope I'm doing that quality of work at 6 months in.
  5. I've never ordered from them but have local purchased from them. They are pretty nice folks, my wife has had some trouble with the quality of their snaps and other hardware (sometimes you get what you pay for). Overall not a bad place depending on what your looking for.
  6. Very cool idea! Nice work, I like the distressed look of the case.
  7. Hey ZMan, Welcome from a fellow St. Louisan!

  16. I have to say that was really the same kind of treatment I received at the local Tandy store. My wife went in to pick up some snaps for purses/bibs that she makes and the kids and I went in with her, half way through the trip three of my kids and I are sitting at the table stamping hearts and braclets after the invitation by one of the employees. By the end of the trip I had bought tools and agreed to bring my daughter to a tooling class, where I got hooked because one of the employees really took the time walk me through the whole process : )

Just wanted to say hello to all. I just found this forum yesterday and joined right away. I'm VERY new to leatherworking. I took a tooling/stamping class with my daughter at the local Tandy Leather store just after New Years because she was interested and I got totally hooked : ) I've picked up the basic 7 tools and am just practing tooling on scrap pieces now before starting a real project. I'm totally blown away by the projects I've seen in the forums here and look forward to learning more and increasing my skill level.
