Nice...I love that walnut or whatever you call it color!
You've got some really big pedals on your bike, attacking that for a first ever project...Great work!
Anyone using any magnified glasses for leather working or jewelers goggles?
10X, 20X, or 25X...Is this too much magnification for what we do?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks a bunch.
Kool Snubb, very cool, I saw the large belt holes in the photo and thought what the heck???...Then I watched the video and I realized they are needed after seeing the Monster buckle. That's heavy duty...I really like it!
Thanks Richard that helps a lot...I'm thinking I will attempt one of these this winter.
I really appreciate your taking the time to answer questions.
Thanks Again!
Right on! That is super!
Can I ask a few questions...Did you use a stiffner behind the leather?
Is the lower vertical secction thats monted to the base wet formed?
How did you roll that lower edge leaving a flange and an inside fillet without tearing / cutting the leather?
It looks very difficult to me.
This is very detailed in my opinion!
Sorry if the questions are asking too much...Newbie here.
Thanks for showing us.
Son-of-a-gun Billy you've nailed it. That is way nice!!!!!
I've been following your post lately and your carving all the sudden looks much more crisp / clean...your curved lines are much smoother. Your determination is paying off...Congratulations!!!!!!
