  1. Al & Ann Stohlman Personal Pattern book, Volume II for sale ....Check it out!

  2. Hello everyone and Happy New Years eve. I recently moved and had to downsize my area a bit. I decided to go through my stuff and get rid of some extras that I have no room for now. I have been posting some stuff on eBay, but I wanted to post these books on here before I went that route. I have (3) "The Al & Ann Stohlman Personal Pattern Portfolio" design books, Volume II by Peter Main. These books are still available through the Tandy Stores and retails for $29.99. Each book contains Tracing patterns for Horses; including leather tooling instructions. I have posted some pictures. I am asking $22 per book includes shipping within CONUS. I will ship outside the US, but please message me for the additional cost. I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year, wherever you are!
  3. Art: for me they have to call my mother over the loud speaker for a kicking and screaming kid who doesn't want to leave the booth. Beautiful stuff.
  4. I own and use Barry King, C.S. Osborne and Weaver edgers personally. I did have the opportunity to spend sometime at the Douglas booth this past October and man I have to tell you.......they are top notch! Unfortunately, as a hobbyist (personally) I cannot justify the price for the tool. I own one tool from Ron's and it is top notch as well, but I don't think my collection will grow past this one for the same reasons. To give you an idea, my friend who went with me to the show spent $600 and walked away with about 5 items. Good luck

  7. Really nice work. I really dig the two tone look.
  8. Lonnie at Hackbarth is selling some of that conveyor belt stuff for strops. He had it and some diamond rouge paste for sale at the Texas Show. The belting was $15 (?) for a strip about 6" wide by 2 feet or maybe 2.5'. I believe the paste was $15 a tube. Give him a ring and if I am wrong please post the correct price on here. Thanks.

    Skiver

Can you google and maybe add a picture? I have a 4" tandy skiver (new) that I might be willing to part with. It is old stock that I received a while back, but I have having problems with limited space.

  17. Paradoxbox From my understanding their supplies come from the 'big' leather retailers and suppliers in Japan. Kyos Elle, Craft Japan, Seiwa, etc. I believe it might be the same places where Shop Cram, Nobel Leather, etc get their supplies. You probably have more access to the suppliers since you are there like us here in the USA. Either way, I wish you luck. By the way, Cram's embossing work is AWESOME.
  18. Merry Christmas and welcome to the forum! Greetings from Central Texas (from Clovis, CA.)
