  1. HP that's sweet now your talking my brothers and I share a truck and it's a Ford 05 350 model and it's white dessert tan lower, love it I drive what's thought of as one of the hardest climes in the west every day here in Utah. Josh

  7. I read in are trib paper here that in last six monthes permits for conceald carry's have doubled so that's all I now. Josh
  8. Yes this sounds like it needs time to air dry for sure I think the air gets rid of the rest of the stuff. Josh

Ok here it goes I have tested this stuff a lot and I find that once you have applied the vinagroon you rince it let it dry out and as far as I can see it does not seem like it is present in the leather after it airs out and I have not seen signs of water having a negative affect having tested it on some bluing I can see no affect out of the ordinary but this having been said the mix makes a difference how long it sit with meatal in it I think if it's a strong mix it might be a different story, any way I used it on some holsters and I can't see any signs of any bad results. Josh PS Bob I think with all I have seen on this site your work is about as good as it gets sure wish I could see it in person will don't mean to carry on but I was just looking at some of it again wow.

    Cobra Sewing Machines

    I don't want to get in to any sewing machine stuff because I am a novice in that area, but that having been said Art has been very helpfull to me and others he shares his knowledge very freely and I for one don't think this thread should be used as a way to get at him, please keep up dating us in all areas of the sewing machine world Art and any info you can bring forward. You sure do have to take this in to account and my way is easy cut the lining a little big and glue lining and other then start applying the two pieces have the leather on a flat surface and just start rolling as you go some is enough doesn't have to be rolled all the way to the finished amount. Well that's my way. Josh
  14. First machine and well would be nice to have a cylinder arm but not a must. Money Well the lowest cost machine that well do the job. Thanks a lot Josh

  16. So I am wondering what machine is the most verstile or can do the most, Say 1/8 to 1/2 is there such I machine out there, I mean for me I do belt lots of belts but I can get in to the thick stuff that's more like 3/8 so any way what if any machine is right for that Josh

  20. Not trying to hijack this thread but what kind of surface are you guy using when cuting out with a round knife. I have a piece or ply wood I am using at the moment. As far as skiving goes get that book they are talking about it helps a lot also if you can find a good person who nows how to use one and watch them. Josh
