  1. This thread is 7 years old. Maybe you could pm the op, but it has been 2yrs since they have been logged onto the forum. Good luck.
  2. Welcome Josh! I have been doing leather work for quite awhile, been doing a rather large flea market about an hour away, for about 3 years. Prior to that a market in the "forest" until the owner retired, and it closed. This past July I did a major craft show, held at an expo center nearby. It was the first year for the event, and it was very successful. It is not a jury event but you do have to apply and be approved. It is a totally handcrafted event, with paid admission. So you have a group of people that are there to buy. My set up was like yours, no tent, it was a indoor event and it was optional. I wish that there where more opportunities, I"m glad you have the chance to open your own store and are able to go to market! Your products look amazing, and keep crafting my friend. Good luck and god bless!

  13. If you go to Springfield leather's website on the toolbar select the education tab. Scroll down until you see educational videos. From there ask your question. They had a tutorial on exactly what you want to know. Good luck
  14. I second that the strap needs to be leather and front panel over the gusset. But overall a nice proto.

For your first project, I am very impressed with your stitching. It looks like you nailed the process out of the gate. I am not a fan of laser, old school here. I believe in carving and stamping. You have a nice product!
