  9. For the purse 4-5 oz is plenty, if you need it to be stiffer add a bag stiffner . The wallet needs to be light or you will be skiving all day, imo. 3-4 or 4-5 oz back,and 2-3oz pockets. Only my opinion. good luck and have a great new year.

  22. I made this mini backpack for my niece. My oldest daughter saw it and said she would not mind having one lol. Well I secretly made her one while she was out at work. All was going fine until I was coming to the end of my stitching. I had stitched a panel backwards. Was not happy pulling thread late at night. The morning of the 24th I was in the "zone" restitching my mistake, and it made it under the tree in time for Christmas morning,PHEW! The turquoise is 2-3 oz Venice Italian leather, veg 3-4 oz , Fiebings pro dye dark brown, antique brass hardware. Rhino waxed brown tread. 10 worn out finger tips!
