Well yeah. I agree with you Sheath is outside in the truck on the back. Because of the weave attaching the belt sleeve was a challenge cut 2 pieces 2 1/2 x 6” And your sheath Sew one edge of sleeve Open the 2 sleeves and turn upside down on table place sheath onto open sleeve place pulled forward so the sheath edge can be sewn wet hen closed. (See blue line for reference) sew sheath to sleeve. Sew 3 lines close sheath and sleeve full disclosure I hand stitched the sheath closed. I tucked the sheath onto the sleeve VERY tight, and the foot of my machine could not manage it. I suggest you do the same

Throw in a lock stitch 4 holes before the end I use a lock stitch I. Long runs. Any stitch line that is over 4” on my work gets a lock stitch simple to do, back up a hole then continue on if you use a lock stitch just before the end every stitch behind it will stay tight. After your lock stitch sew to the last hole stick your needle threw the top layer and out in between layers of leather tie, cut, singe, poke out of site

No side straps or straps to the belt i looked at him like he was crazy, but decide to..”hide and watch” my question was simple, what keeps the holster in place when you draw? And what keeps the strap from falling off he grinned holster goes under your shirt on top of your t shirt, with a ( suit) jacket over that ok says I, what about the draw? again he grinned draw with your right hand while you squeeze the holster with your left arm wha? damned if it ain’t so, it works one horse shoe shaped strap. With 2 Chicago screws to the holster is comfortable, no Pinching side straps excuse the messy bench, I was not expecting company. Lol

Imma going to post in a thread that has layer dormant for 9 years. Lol very much doubt anyone reads this I have concocked a handle for a whip that is a braided handle ingredients 6” -1/2” pvc pipe 1” pvc cap 1x 1/2” fitting reducer 3/4x1/2” fitting reducer 3/4” coupling drill a 1/2” hole in the center of the 1” cap drill a second hole in the cap 1/4” hole on the edge of the cap next to the 1/2” hole determine the number of strands laid side by side that will cover the cap example. Circumference equals 3” your lace is 1/4” wide you would need 12 lengths 12” long Tie the 12 strands together shove the strands up and out the cap insert a 4’ strand in the second hole Still with me? lol. Take the long strand and lace over under over under over etc. in a circle pattern stop when you get to the edge of the cap use a hose clamp to secure at the edge tighten and make your transition from cap to pipe. Use the hose clamp to help hold things tight and in place continue weaving down the pipe

Here is my first attempt at a whole purse I did a strip down the center and left the edge as is. Baby steps i learned a lot, main thing is do not start on one end and work front to back, but start in the middle and work to the edge at the same time.

I spent hours getting this weave the way I wanted it, Finally satisfied I installed in in a knife sheath no problems. then the final step, marry the front and back my machine broke a needle and scared the leather upset is the wrong word P’od is a better word

I do not like to shelve projects, I tend to lose interest This is my new tool bag, due to some material not on hand I am going to shelve it fir a month maybe longer it is a messenger bag with zippers on the sides to allow access. To two tool rolls heavy duty, 9 oz veg tan this is not finished but I figured why show it anyway
