Yuma, I am going to say to scrap the elastic idea. I have found over the years that elastic does not hold up. if you do not use your loops often then the loops last a long time but if you actually use the loops then the elastic will stretch out on you your rounds will drop out the bottom i propose you sew the elastic so the bullet pouch is a Z pattern with the small end on the bottom making it impossible for the bullet to “drop” out

Thanks Geezer, Here is my first attempt i will need to wrap the tool, it tends to twist in my hand and work on the angle a bit, but YES, this is the type of input I am looking for fredk. I am currently using the old Tandy 949 /948. They need to be updated the detail is no longer crisp the 953/954 look interesting I might give them a go yep, it is a rope stamp, you caught me. Spacing your letters The traditional method is to set the letter stamp adjacent to the other stamp like this This in my opinion leaves a gap in between the letters I place the edge of the stamp next to letter look at the two examples upper is the traditional method lower is the way I do it the space is about a 1/16” (1.58mm). Which is not a lot but it looks better to me

Thank you I am getting more and more requests for a way to carry, that is not a traditional holster. These clients do not want others they know to be aware they carry. This design hides the outline of the gun, doubles as a cell phone holster and has a slot for credit cards This design is for a small frame gun . You could make one for a medium frame. And get by with it lg frame would be to large and look funny

Update file 13 the frame, am using 8/9 oz veg tan it will hide the profile of a pew pew adding a liner and insulation instead

Yep. It’s flat an I phone is only 1/4” thick i will-wet that pocket and let it dry with a piece of 5/16” plywood in it wrapped in ziplock. That should make it cozy

Try this method it works for me do not start sewing on one end, start in the center and sew back to the end if I am working with stretchy leather I put masking tape on the back side and sew through it, then rip off
