bikermutt07 Posted December 14, 2017 Report Posted December 14, 2017 (edited) This is my leather cabinet. And here is my small bits storage. Friend of mine just turned us on to the coffee bean burlap sacks. We aren't sure what to do with them yet. Edited December 14, 2017 by bikermutt07 Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Members cradom Posted December 14, 2017 Members Report Posted December 14, 2017 My "shop" in what was going to be a nursery for the previous owners. Need to repaint. The metal is a little noisy but should last forever, it's stainless. Neat tip, that yellow jar is a Bayer lo-dose aspirin bottle. Works great for a glue bottle. Drill a hole for a metal parts brush in the top. What you cant see under the top is a Harbor Freight arbor press and LOTS of rags. Quote

Members GirlFromScandinavia Posted December 15, 2017 Members Report Posted December 15, 2017 I just got a sudden urge to clean up my space after seeing all the organised work spaces! It’s my sons room and it’s conveniently right next to the kitchen with our wood stove giving off nice warmth. I share it with my husband, the guitar builder/fixer pickup maker, even though he’s got an other work room in the basement. It’s nicer to work above the ground. The fun part is that we see Russian log trains run by right outside the window! Oh, and I’m convinced that the high table is the best thing that has happened to my back, no more sitting down for me! Members ByNelson Posted December 15, 2017 Members Report Posted December 15, 2017 And behind my workspace I have my storage .... I love all the pictures of your workspaces... looks really nice:) Quote
Members DV8DUG Posted December 15, 2017 Members Report Posted December 15, 2017 First picture is main workbench. The silver tape covered wooden box in background is giant latex foam oven. The door beyond marked "Adults Only" goes into a single car garage for a second shop. Second picture is reverse of first pic showing a different set of silver taped wooden boxes on the left. These are ferment boxes for making mead. Thats a chocolate mead on hydraulic cart. Third picture is second shop, messy bench but tool rich, hand painted stone work walls.
