I was kind of wondering what age group are you in?

You don't have to give your specific age, but if you would help me put perspective on who is talking, I would like it.

I am 44 = old enough to know better, and starting to care.

I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with.

Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day.

From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.

I'm 53 by the calendar.  25 in my mind, and 70 in my arthritic body.  So it goes!!

I'll be 71 in two months. Seems like I was only 51 a couple years ago.

Every day you learn something is a good day. If you don't learn something every day, was it worth waking up for?

Maybe you don't really want to hear mine. LOL

Celebrated my eighty fourth Jan. 21 with family and my fabulous wife providing everything for a meal. Fried chicken, Ham, Baked corn, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, Green beans cooked with Ham and potatoes, slaw,  cream pie, brownies, chocolate cake, ice cream, and I made two loaves of home made bread.

Wife decided she wanted to cook a meal similar to what my mom would have fixed in the forties. Don't know which the family members enjoyed more, the food or the "Idea".

I'm the kid here....

Ha! That was me...forever it seemed. I started school a year early, my Mom falsified my birth certificate so my older brother and I would be only a year apart in school. I thought my birthday was the 2nd of December for YEARS 'cause she didn't want me to spill the beans. Heck of a shock later to find that out! I finally saw the birth certificate. The change from a 3 to a 2 was TERRIBLE! Worst ever "correction" you can imagine. I can't believe they fell for it.  Because of that, and graduating high school a half year early, I was always the youngest in whatever crowd I was with. THAT changed! I'm 64 now, and it's been quite some time since I was younger that just about anybody.

So much leather...so little time.
