  1. It isn't reversible. It might be if he had used Chicago screws instead of snaps. It helps keep the belt from slipping, but mostly it's for looks. ArtS
  2. Beautiful! How do you get the lighter color in the stamped areas? Do you use a brush and paint in a resist? Thanks, ArtS
  3. Oh man. I feel for you. All that work. At least she had the best chew toy in town! Custom made. ArtS
  4. Thank you all! I needed a good boost. ArtS
  5. Great job! Looks like it was worth all the trouble. ArtS
  6. Here are a few new items that I've made the last couple of weeks. The folder I just finished in a Chan Geer class this past weekend. ArtS
  7. John, I'm checking out their site. What thickness would you recommend? Thanks, ArtS
  8. I made this one a while back. I bought a wine gift tube from Michael's Craft Shop (cost about $2) and then covered it with leather. It was a big hit. ArtS
  9. I made mine out of an old door knob i bought off eBay for about 3 dollars. Actually that was for 2 door knobs. eBay is getting ridiculous. You can't get good deals anymore because some buyers are bidding way over what something is worth. A couple of years ago they had a set of "vintage" bridle rosettes for sale. You can buy them from Weavers or I also find a web site that sold them for about $25. This set went for $68! ArtS
  10. That is really cool! Great job. I like the design and the hair on hide. ArtS
  11. We had tornadoes in downtown Atlanta this last weekend! A first ever. I'm north of Atlanta and we just had bad storms and hail. I was up in the mountains with the horses, camping during all this. We had really bad winds, lightening and rain up there but luckily no tornadoes came through. We got good and wet riding in it though. Had a blast. ArtS
  12. Amazing. It is truly beautiful! I can't imagine having that kind of money to spend for a belt. ArtS
  13. I use the old catsup bottles. The kind that the top is put facing down. The glue (Barge) sits on the bottom where the air might usually leak in so it seals it tight. The glue stays pretty fresh in there and pours easy with lots of control. I use a piece of felt to spread it with. ArtS
  14. I couldn't resist. I ordered one too. We'll see how it does. Worst comes to worst I can use it for cutting floor tiles. LOL ArtS
  15. It looks as if it would work as a head knife. I don't know how good the quality is though. ArtS
  16. That was it. I was able to see it on Explorer. Great advertisement. Gets to the point. ArtS

I just spoke with them this past week and the catalog will be a while yet. I was hoping to purchase the 2-Shrews Experience DVD but they don't carry it any longer. I always had good experiences with them in the past and wish them luck. Their customer service was always good when I dealt with them. I like to have choices for my supplies so the more the better in my opinion. ArtS
  21. I saw an old one on ebay I'll try to buy and take apart. I'll let you know what I find. ArtS
