You don´t give much information and no pictures so we can just guess. Due to the number I´d guess it is a Juki 563 just relabeled for Chandler (they also relabeled Adler machines and maybe others too). Price depends on the over all condition, how it is set up, if it comes with accessories or not and what kind motor is installed. Not sure if all Juki 563 had a reverse mechanism so I´d check that. W/O knowing any of the details I´d say between $400 and $800 when bought from private. Check how the condition of the timing belt is. Replacing it is a bit of a pain but it is doable. And test sew the machine with materials you are going to sew regularly. Juki 563´s are for sure a very good machines for sewing materials up to 8-10mm max.

cool - I like it - didn´t know it has this type of thread tensioner, I thought it uses the "standard" one like most the machiens have. I´m also looking for a post bed machine. Will you rework the paint job? Maybe black again and some new decals?

Pfaff once has changed their parts numbers so with the old number its hard to find something. I´m not 100% sure if it is the same but I think so. You will have a hard time finding parts for old Pfaff machiens but anyway sometimes parts from other machine may fit. Please post some pictures and numbers of the parts please.

Thats much better You just have to remove 2 screws - don´t lose em - better take a magnetic screw driver

I´m on the run - just a few fast hints.... You first have to remove the bobbin case and remove all the jammed thread from the hook era and reinstall it. Do you have a manual for your machine? Have you threaded the machine correctly and insert the bobbin correctly thread should come off the bobbin from the left side. Have you checked the needle bar hight and timing of your machine? Your needle bar has timing marks (hopefully). Upper mark is for needle bar at BDC and the lower mark for the point where the hook tip should meet the needle scarf and grab the loop of the upper thread. For a quick aid download the manual for a Consew 227 - this is a different machine but the technical instructions are very good and are almost the same as for your Singer 111w155 have to run - sorry

TSC 441 is the original nomenclature from JUKI. TSC has nothing to do with additional equipment. Did you get my PM message?

I have three harder to find presser feet for the heavy duty Adler Class 20 Leather sewing machine. I have the JACK JK363A-1 with needle positioner with 40mm custom pulley (original wa 75mm). This one runs on a 111G156 triple feed upholstery type machine with safety clutch and the 3:1 SR as mentioned above. I have disconnected the synchronizer for the NPS because it seems not to work in combination of with speed reducer. I don´t care because I have enough slow speed control. I figured I just don`t need the NPS - dead topic for me. Manual says it has 2.5 N.m torque. But the manual over all is a pain in T.A.. This one runs on Singer 133K3 heavy sewing machine and also has a 3:1 speed reducer. All I can say that the 750Watts Jack Motor in combination with a 3-1 reducer meets my requirements and I can work with this setup. I never did any math regarding torque or so. Usually the seller of servo motors don´t even provide this information. The only dealer I know who provides these informations is Universal Sewing for their ENDURO SERVOS. The the orientation for the end consumer is the number of Watt.

My preference is the 750 Watt JACK Servo that College Sewing in the UK sells but I use it in combination with a 3:1 speed reducer. The lowest motor speed is 200 rpm but the SR slows it down very well. For my purposes they work very well. AFAIK they are also magnet controlled. I have 2 of them and I´m quite pleased. But I admit - the instructions manuals are a pain!!!

12976,33 USD for a JUKI TSC-441? Just the head or complete with table and motor? Sounds like a good deal but I guess for the price it is a used machine, right? Anyway - still a good deal I´d say. EDIT: wait - seems I got the price wrong - sorry! Now thats price really HURTS!!!!

I always wondered what the difference is between the open and closed frame shuttles, beside the obvious difference, but technically I don´t see a difference. The Adler 104 I once worked with came with both types and either one worked well.
