  1. No you do not. You may access them directly from the links provided in my original post, and then later from the website. Facebook is just where it started, but it is not needed.
  2. Jim, site isn't ready yet. This was just a FYI and to tell everyone about the online classes.
  3. Bob, yes that was a single pass.
  4. Dude, you should probably call. He's a phone/check in the mail kind of guy.
  5. The only real concern is vapors from toxic substances that are found in some glues, like Barge Cement, or things like lacquer finishes. I have a 3M vapor rated respirator that I use for that or airbrushing. Most everything else is fine, although some folks are sensitive to spirit dyes. As was mentioned before, ALWAYS wear a respirator while sanding leather. You don't want that stuff in your lungs.
  6. Thanks Chief! I appreciate that! Bluesman, I found a TX for Danny Marlin for you. 254-842-5405
  7. You have to contact him directly. Danny Marlin 1550 County Road 207, Blanket TX 76432
  8. Bluesman, I have the Douglas groover too. Its a great tool. I like the Marlin for long straight runs and the Douglas for curvy stuff.
  9. I've never been, so I'll have to take your word for it!
  10. Dennis, I don't see a request on the page.
  11. Era, thank you for the support! The class was great, and I am looking forward to the next one myself! See you there
  12. Howard, you will not need any materials for Bob's class, and the video will be available for later viewing should you want to practice what you've learned.
  13. Glen, I have added you to the LADG. As for the site, its still being built. I will announce here when it is up and running. This is just a FYI post and to advertise the classes while the site is under construction. Stay tuned
  14. Jeff, the guitar has snowflakes on the freeboard and green abalone purling. Who am I to say no? BDAZ, I charged $250.00 for this strap. Bluesman, I used a Marlin stitch groover to make the groove. It cuts a nice channel
  15. The customer wanted green snowflakes. The color matches the guitar pretty closely, but it was difficult to do from a picture.
  16. Dennis, I don't see your request.
  17. Ray, I too am sorry to hear that. I hope all is well and that you are moving on to something that moves you.
  18. Thank you, Sam! I hope we can work together one day!
  19. To those who have messaged me privately, thanks for your questions and support. If you are unsure about how it works, or are concerned about computers, etc., let me know and I will answer your questions.
  20. You's have to know Jeff to get his sense of humor
