Any chance of seeing the backs? I'd like to see your belt loops.
  2. That's pretty cool! I like everything about it.
  3. There's a tutorial on it somewhere, I just can't remember where.........
  4. Bobby, it's a pointed beveler, like Tandy's F910
  5. That's pretty dang cool!
  6. We have 3 radio stations in the Philadelphia area playing Christmas music 24/7. You'll be surprised how many versions of Jingle Bells there are. Also, working in a hospital I'm subjected to muzak all day. Now imagine Christmas muzak.....all......day......long.........
  7. I use DecoArt's staining and antiquing medium, mixed with any color acrylic paint I want. I got it at A.C.Moore for a buck and a half or so.
  8. That's pretty sharp. I would say close it up as much as you can.

  12. I'll be 51 the 20th of this month, and I've had a small gold hoop since 1977, and a diamond stud since 1980. Like Billy, when I was young, I spent alot of time not takin' crap, but now that I'm older and wiser(?) I just laugh. I'm with Ferg on those big holes though, imagine what they'll look like at 50......
  13. I've never used this, but it should work: Tarrago
  14. Try This , there's usually alot of good pieces in a bag,
  15. Link's not working, Rob
  16. Got a lump in my throat, he's one of the cool ones......
  17. That's awesome. Congrats, CW!
  18. Looks great, Clint. What did you use for the gold? I'm still searching for the perfect gold application.
  19. Beautiful, clean work.
  20. I've been getting my thread here: Royalwood They have a sample card with the various sizes for $2, well worth it. The thread itself is nice, not crusty & gooey.
  21. I LOVE IT!!!!
  22. Gotta jump on the W&C bandwagon. After ordering my first side from them, I was amazed at the quality of the product, and the friendliness of the staff. It's the only leather I use now. Every once and a while, they run a special on thier #3 sides, last time the price was $95, split to any thickness, and they'll give you the split. The quality of these #3's are better than some #1's I gotten elsewhere. OK. I'm jumping down now.
  23. You might try something like this: Branding iron
  24. Tom, I just got a bottle of Fiebing's spirit based white dye, and while I haven't sprayed it, only brushed, it covers decently.
  25. Take your pick, Randy: mountain oyster recipes I've never had the opportunity to try that particular piece of beef, but most of these recipes sound tasty.
